In this experiential session, you will learn:

Deliberate strategies you can employ to manage the people you work alongside.

There are very specific skills and tools that take a human or a team from bud to bloom. Tools that transform. Tools that challenge and emancipate. Tools that empower voices and leverage strengths.
Mary-Anne is passionate about guiding humans (young and old) to develop their emotional intelligence so they are able to live and lead with a deep sense of self, and are equipped with the skills to positively influence those around them.
She is New Zealand’s lead trainer, assessor and coach for RocheMartin's Emotional Intelligence for Leadership tools, training and programs.
