Sally McCormack is a professional full-time trader, renovator, and investor. She has been involved in over 100 transactions and renovates properties on behalf of clients on a daily basis as well as her own trading activities. There isn't much she hasn't seen and she loves to share it! When she isn't buying, renovating, and trading property, she is helping other people do exactly that through her role at Assetlab. Sally will give a current view of what is happening in the market, and where the opportunities (and threats) lie...
Sally will be joined by Phil Thompson from Assetlab. Phil has over 20 year's experience investing in property, and was a 'top 1%' real estate agent specialising in working with investors prior to setting up Assetlab with his business partner Arn Mehta.
