Sep 11, 2019 - 7pm for a 7.30 start
The Pavilion, Hamilton Workingmen's Club, 45 Commerce St, Hamilton
We've all heard the horror stories of landlords getting taken to the tenancy tribunal for unconsented or illegal dwellings - This event is designed to inform you how to avoid that same fate!
Louise Feathers, Louise Feathers Planning, will take us through the world of consents, including those you won’t expect. Louise has over 15 years' experience working on projects of all sizes and specialises in urban design, inner-city regeneration and local heritage planning.
Scotney Williams is a tenancy law and property management expert. Scotney will share his extensive knowledge and experience with illegal dwelling cases, how the tenancy tribunal treats such cases as well as giving us advice on how to deal with any potential pitfalls we may have with unconsented dwellings or extensions.
